Alexandra Park

Alexandra Park sits at the heart of Ipswich; it is within easy walking distance of the town’s fantastic waterfront and the main shopping district of the Town Centre. The park is host to the wonderful local music and culture day “May Day” which takes place every year during May bank holiday.

The park open at 7.30am Monday - Saturday and 9am on Sundays.

Closing times

Closing times vary according to the season.

The park and toilets are locked 45 minutes before sunset.

A whistle is blown when locking time commences so please make your way to the nearest exit.
