Isaac Lords Crossway Warehouse

Built in the 15th and 16th Century was Isaac Lord’s Warehouse and Merchant House, located on Ipswich waterfront and is now known as Isaacs on the Quay. The buildings are full of historic artefacts including the restored Machine Room, which has recently opened as a brewery. 

The Isaac Lords complex is the best example of a Merchants House, warehousing and sales room (Auction House) in the country.

The Merchants House faces Fore Street (the Foremost street in Ipswich), the warehouses face the Wet Dock for the import / export of merchandise.
